To view a Topic Summary Report, navigate to your Management Dashboard, click the Topics tab as shown below:
The second section of this page, Archived Topics, shows topics that have closed. Below the title of the topic, you'll see a gray hyperlink - Summary Report. Depending on the topic type, the reporting summary results may vary.
Here is an example of an instant poll topic. These reports give you helpful information to determine how many people participated in your topic and some demographic information about that audience.
In addition to viewing Topic Summary Reports within your site, a Topic Summary Report email is sent automatically to all administrators.
For a greater breakdown of your Topic Summary Reports, contact your Customer Development team member and they can review your topic and generate a greater analysis for you.
